The RFIDIOt program to reset a screwed up hitag RFID S tag is hitag2reset.py. As far as I can tell it looks like no command line options are needed except if you wanted to set the password at this point, in which case you'd use PASSWD as an option. q5reset.py looks like it has the option for you to pass either an 8 bit ID or just ID to set the default ID in the tag. Currently this only works with Frosch hardware.
